can anyone tell me if Pickford's challenge can be look at in retrospect as these type of challenges to be be. Or has VAR changed that?

I thought they said the tackle by pickford wasnt checked as it was offside. if that's the case it can be reviewd. let's hope so and the idiot gets punished as he should be.
