Really big couple of games over Xmas for us now. If we could pick up 6 points against WBA and Newcastle we would be in a great position going into the Southampton away game. Our rivals have some tough matches and play each other as well, so a full 6 points in these 2 matches will be a great Xmas for us Reds! Question for Ed001, only because they are our next game, do you think Big Sam will get WBA to stay in the Prem? Don't like the man personally for too many reasons to list (I even remember him bringing his Bolton team to Tranmere Rovers and wouldn't let them get changed! ) . Thanks.

{Ed001's Note - of course he can but I really hope he doesn't. This season is probably the easiest for him to take over late and survive.}

It’s a crazy season but with 8 days rest and the players we do have available then wins against WBA and Newcastle should be a must. Hopefully some of the inured list return this week as has been predicted and we get though the Xmas period without any new injuries. That would set us up nicely for 2021 and the Saints game.
