I don't know which is harder these days . our struggles on the pitch and the difficulty watching our beloved Team get so frustrated OR the ridiculous posts on this site when we don't win. Seriously, some people ("fans") need to get a grip. We have the best manager in the world (bar none) and a Team which has given us the best football in living memory (and, yes, I am an old git! ) . Sure, we are struggling at the moment. So what? We need to work hard and the goals/ results will follow. All sports teams go through bad patches (not just football) and the truly good sides recover and flourish. We need to support them, not slag them off - although this is somewhat difficult when we can't physically cheer them at the actual ground. However, I'm sure you get my point. I come from a family of Blue Noses (and as Ed025 will back me up) because they have had to suffer this sort of sh*t for years . not just 4 weeks. Get behind the Boys and all will be fine soon enough. YNWA.

I really wouldn't let it bother you. I was on the Live Chat and was amused by some of the statements but so what. Just because people moan and groan doesn't mean they're not a 'proper' fan. People are passionate about their team and get upset when it goes wrong, let them vent if that's what they need to do. A Liverpool loss used to absolutely devastate me, I'd be in a mood for days, weekend ruined because we lost a game of football, and that was in the days when we lost a lot, so I didn't tend to have many enjoyable weekends. Point is, I realised a few years ago that it isn't worth it and now I try not to let it bother me, I will switch off another way. People have different ways of dealing with it, each to their own I say.
