Ed2. Just wondering if a pathway to legally getting our hands on u18 players from Europe be through our link with toulouse due to the redbird investment? If they were to sign players we wanted would we get some sort of first option to purchase when they reach 18 and become eu citizens? Would something like that even be legal?
