Delighted if we can get diaz over the line. Not that I know much about him but you would have to trust klopp and co with there transfer record. I think new signing gives whole club a lift and if he clicks straight away, like mane and Salah did, gives us great opportunity to win trophies this season. Last jan I felt failure to bring in anybody was death nail in us trying to win anything last season but hopefully this will be the opposite.

{Ed001's Note - we brought in a couple of players in January last year! We brought in the useless Kabak and the invisible man Davies. So not sure how a "failure to bring in anybody" meant anything mate.}

True enough I forgot about them 2. More what I meant was signing somebody that potentially top level, like diaz. Who could give club real lift if it works out. No harm to kabak or davies but we shouldve got an experienced cb in on 1st jan last year, we where top of league at time.

Kabak had his own song, didn't he?
He was rubbish but he's the only palindromic Liverpool player that I can think of.
