Ed025 you often feel blue after the derby I will give you that ?.

{Ed025's Note - we do most times Hughesy but things are a changing mate, once the rebuild is complete that will all change..

17 Oct 2025 20:04:27
Based on recent performances you won’t need a rebuild to get something out of us.

{Ed025's Note - its a temporary blip for the reds John, you will get back on the horse this week mate..

Lost count of the number of times in the last 10 years I've seen an Everton fan say "once X happens, all will change. "

{Ed025's Note - and it will SR, this is not a false dawn mate and the club is going in the right direction...finally, im not saying we are going to win the league anytime soon...it may take 3 or 4 years.. :)

17 Oct 2025 20:25:38
I hope so.

{Ed025's Note - believe me John...im a doctor.. :)

That rebuild mate it's like HS2 loads of promise to get there 5 mins faster. By the time the blues pitch up lad everyone else will be miles away ? YNWA.

{Ed025's Note - i can see why your sceptical Chrisy, but let me tell you mate this is the beginning of the age of Aquarius, its like when Fleming invented penicillin or when Berners Lee started the internet, mark my words.. :)

What a lovely sense of humour ?.

{Ed025's Note - its written in the stars SJ, i went to see a medium at the fair in Sefton park mate...what more proof do you need?.. :)

Being an everton fan for last 10 years is much like being a Liverpool fan during the 90s and 2000s. “Next season is going to be our season”.

17 Oct 2025 23:59:08
Did Fleming invent Penicillin?

I think Everton started to get better the minute Moshiri ‘left the building’. From both the perspective as a city and as a rival in the league I think it’s brilliant. I’d love to see us and Everton battling it out for honours every season. Sorry for being old school but there was a time when it was like that and we even let Evertonians come to the match with us. Anybody who disagrees is obviously entitled to their own view but I’ll bet you have never been to, or have no allegiance with, the city of Liverpool.

WDW, you can be bloody patronising at times!

18 Oct 2025 07:23:16
WDW may be patronising but there is no lie in what he said. Everton and Liverpool have historically been like siblings and it's not uncommon for there to both be blues and reds within the same nuclear family. That's why tragedies like Hillsborough hit the city hard. It's only in recent times where tribalism is encouraged did we start seeing the ugliness that we are witnessing today.
