What a prat, he's also recently become an ambassador for UKIE, which if you don't know is supposedly the organisation there to protect children from the increasingly harmful practices video game companies employ to extract your hard earned money through your children (gambling mechanics and micro transactions) .

UKIE have basically said it's the parents job to make sure children don't empty their bank accounts when letting them play video games like FIFA, effectively doing nothing when they should be challenging these truly shameful business tactics (FIFA is rated 3 years and above) .

He should be ashamed of himself agreeing to be the face of that campaign, but I suppose it doesn't matter to him if his kids blow £1000 on FIFA packs.

The state of the industry is alarming, and all the governing bodies bury their heads in the sand and act like it isn't digital robery for fear of upsetting the game companies which make so much money.

At least the NHS are now getting involved after seeing the number of children with gambling problems increasing ten fold.

Honestly parents don't buy FIFA for your kids, it's evil, manipulative, rubbish made by business men who's only goal is to extract every possible penny they can from your kids without you even realising.

Exactly Lerchy, they only address children because there are parents to deflect to, there is no defence when it comes to targeting adults with addictive traits, so they just dont.

Ea apparently made £80 million in an hour on Black Friday. My work mates play fut and all have spent minimum £500 up to £2000 just this year on packs. Where are the authorities? Or does it need greta thungberg to say something before anybody cares?

So glad I play fm. 25 quid and I can get whatever players I want!

Jeez that's a lot of money, I'm still annoyed with myself for spending £20 on My Club PES 2018! Couldn't agree more though, If you want a guilt free footy experience Football Manager is the way to go.
