Ed 002.I read your comment about Mo Salah always trying to get a move away from Liverpool. Fair enough but apart from a few games he's been key to Liverpool's success and let's face it for him being a Liverpool player is purely a contractual relationship like so many professional players. At least he's no Luis Suarez and in my view has actually enhanced Liverpool's reputation.

There is talk again of madrid after mane in the echo, hopefully he is as committed as Salah.

IMO, this whole Mane to Madrid thing has been on since last summer and it's just recycled rubbish. Just my take.

Well, it could happen hailstones. Either Mane or Salah. Madrid could come in say they'd exchange Vinicius Jr, Rodrygo or Reinier ('tis the season to be swapping, it seems) plus maybe 65 Million in cash, and LFC could be tempted. I have no idea if Real could afford all that in this environment, but I have serious doubts that LFC would accept it. Because of the title win. We're champions and Klopp will be around for 4 more years and he wants to keep winning. He'll want to keep this group together. And he fought tooth and nail to keep Coutinho. We would probably see that again.

Madrid's no. 1 priority has been Mbappe for the past few years. I don't see where they'd find the money for both Mbappe and Mane, especially in the current climate.
