I saw this video and it was pretty much what edd 2 has said over the last few months.
Also they missed out on talking about the high agent fees and the performance add ons to players we have purchased.

Same here, Lads. Ed02 might as well had done the video cos it was what I already knew from his comments. My only issue is the whole "You have to improve from a position of strength and sign players" blah, blah.

Personally, I don't believe in any of that anymore. Proof? Football is not an exact science. Also, there are many examples in the past where managers (including Fergie himself) who strengthened after winning the PL and did not win it for a few years after even while they strengthened.

Fergie strengthened after winning it in 02/ 03 and Utd did not win the PL till 06/ 07. Chelsea spent hundreds of millions after winning back to back from 04 to 06 and did not win it till the 09/ 10 season. Whereas we spent next to nothing last season and Backstroked/ Crushed the league last season. Klopp has smashed that narrative to bits now. Trust the process and the manager and all will be fine, IMO.

{Ed0666's Note - it sounds very plausible mate and the guy actually seemed to have done some research so yeh I’d go with it. Also he was right about FSG making their money when they sell rather than making huge profit during their tenure.
