Ugh this is a tough time isn't it? As Ed says, there's nothing obvious you can do about the spiral other than to keep working at it.
I'd like to see us give Robbo and Gini a week off and not even make them available for selection until the Chelsea game. They have been ever-present and there is no value in running them further into the ground at this moment.
I would say the same about Bobby but I think bringing the front 3 in for psychological work would make sense to me. If we had one major gripe about last season, it was the finishing. It's not only got worse, but now they are not even making the runs in behind anymore - despite having one of the best passers (Thiago) in the world added to our squad.
If Fabinho is fit (his availability is also starting to frustrate me) then we have to put him back into midfield as a priority now and give Kabak and Phillips/ Davies an extended shot to play their roles at CB.
If we're going to experiment with some formations, perhaps we would consider Mo and Sadio playing as a two and give Ox a shot at the tip of a diamond with Naby/ Milly or Thiago/ Jones either side of Fabinho.
We still have some very good players. Just need to mix it up a bit.
One final thing, am I alone in thinking it is disappointing that Taki and Brewster were shipped out only to keep Origi and Shaq sitting on our bench? I do feel Brewster could really have added something during January and Taki did well in his last appearance for us against Palace.

Do you think he would have helped Ed? He seems like someone that may have enjoyed scrapping in the box for some chances.

20 appearances with zero goals. Im not sure Brewster is the answer to our problems.

Remember when Klopp arrived 5 years ago, he said there was 1 potentially world class player in the youth team, was that Brewster he meant at the time, or Jones?
