As a fan and supporter, you usually express yourself in the following 2 ways:
When you win or win big, you applaud, dream big or even get carried away at times,
When you lose, you get frustrated, point out "the flaws" in the team or may be some knee-jerk reactions.

I don't see what's wrong with the 2nd scenario.

As JK23 also mentioned: Even Klopp was infuriated by teams performance. Then why rank the fans, sharing the same emotion, as "moaners" or "whiners".

He was infuriated snd rightly so. He wasn't using his interview to whine and moan about the midfield though. Or he didn't slate any player for being below par. World of difference.

Oem because rather than accept people have a different opinion to them, in their heads it means they are not a proper fan because only their opinions and views should count.
