I can’t wrap my head around Tchouameni choosing Madrid over us and us choosing to sulk about it rather than go and get an alternative? Like there’s really no one else out there? Ok we have interest in Bellingham and he’s not available this summer but they aren’t the only two players who improve our team. Where can i apply for a job on the recruitment team if all i have to do is give the name of the two most sought after midfielders in the world a teenager could have given me from fifa.

I think he means by not signing any other midfielder he sees this as sulking. I could be wrong though.

Maybe we’re not ‘sulking’ but he choose Madrid in April I think, we got rejected it happens to everyone move on get an alternative we had all the time in the world. Klopp said he wants a midfielder but he’s not in control of what we spend and wishes we could take more risks but at the same time you can’t only decide after missing out on target 1 maybe you do want another this late in the window when anyone available has moved and clubs don’t want to sell It’s been handled so poorly i’m not sure is it Klopp or the owners who have got it wrong.
