Personally think Kabak will be a very good CB in 4-5 years but unfortunately we need someone with more experience and quality at this moment of time. The timing with Kabak is just wrong.
Think we will get Caleta-Car from Marseille in the summer.

The lad is still only 20 and has been getting battered all season.

It’s a big step up for him on the back of a torrid year so far.

Put it into context slightly VVD at the same stage was just breaking through at Groningen.

Maybe he won’t be good enough and yeah his rashness is concerning but he deserves a good go of it.

Maybe it's me, and perhaps most will not agree, but I've seen Kabak improving every game. And it's a plus for me that he can play both CB positions. However, that doesn't absolve the errors made either. Which brings me to the line I've seen very often for Curtis Jones; "give the guy a break he's only 19 (20 since Jan. ), he needs a run of games". Well, how about giving the same consideration to Kabak?

Thought kabak did OK against Everton to be fair. only his 2nd game for us. I'd just throw him and philips at back from now till end of season. Get fab back in the middle with thiago and Curtis Jones or ox. Will have no choice if news of hendos injury scan is proved correct, that he's out for season too.
