Something a little different. If money wasn't an issue but you can only bring in one player between now and the end of the transfer window. Who would it be and why? Mine would be Haaland. Other than the fact he will get you goals and by the bucket load, it would give the defenders someone else to contend with, opening up more space up for Salah to exploit. With that being said there is a strong argument for Mbappe who would probably suit our system better. However, Haaland shades it for me because of his relentlessness to score, much like our very own Salah and similar to Cristiano Ronaldo. This is all in an alternative universe but fun nonetheless.

Ed666, you are probably right mate but a lot might go for KDB. A player who can open up defences with his near on perfect passing. Can add goals to the team, although not to Salah and Haaland level but that’s not his role. He can also shoot from distance, all of which I think might have unlocked Chelsea last night and games where teams sit back. I take it Haaland is your choice as well?

Ffs JK23 😂. Ed666, you are right we do indeed but KDB is special you have to admit. As for Haaland you described him perfectly, he is a freak of nature. His speed for his size does not make sense and that relentless for scoring I believe, with the following disclaimer. Barring any major injuries and continuing on the trajectory he is on and dare I say it, he can go on to do something Ronaldo/ Messi’ish in terms of hitting 30 plus goals a season over a long period. Only difference is they were hitting 40 plus season in season out but that might never be seen again. But if someone is to reach that level or even just below that, it’s certainly Erling Freak Of Nature Haaland.
