I thought we were brilliant in big periods yesterday. The press was relentless.
The biggest plus we can ask for is the likes of Minamino, Tsimikas and Ox to keep making a difference like yesterday. Suddenly the squad perception changes.

The Klopp Arteta argument on the side really seemed to wake us up. Perhaps Klopp should start pitch side scuffles every game. We’ll go the rest of the season unbeaten.

The sideline spat certainly kickstarted the game for us. A decent performance and one that was good in intensity and focus for the full 90. Was pleased with the positional play of the midfield - even Ox made a load of tackles and turnovers. Seems like they have worked on limiting that right side overload to the right moments. If they get that right we should see a bit more solidity without compromising our current goalscoring feats.

btw Fabinho and Thiago are just. class. Long may they stay available.

I felt that Ox was our stand-out midfielder yesterday, really good energy.
He’s been quietly improving and building of late, and that performance was a culmination.
He just needs to stay fit and healthy and we’re laughing, because the lad can be a major player for the team.
