Looks like we have our lallana replacement in Curtis Jones, another scouser reminds me of Steve Mcmanaman but a central version .

It was certainly a Macca like finish - he was a master at finding the top right of the onion bag!

Agree - would be perfect Lallana replacement if he chose to leave (As attacking midfield I mean. never been convinced by Lallana in the 6)

Another thing that surprised me is how strong and robust Jones looked close up in interview. A solid lad and only getting bigger, fitter and stronger.
