Liverpool have had our time over the last few years and it was a fantastic ride but in all good things come to an end. I will cherish or time as the best footballing team in the world whilst we had Mane and firmino could play football. The times when Van Dijk could defend and Trent could cross and semi defend. Also Robbo’s never say die attitude and assist competition with Trent. When Hendo ran the midfield and could play killer balls on a sixpence. When Fabinho long legs would scythe the ball out of anyone’s possession. The days when Salah could have been the best in the world. These are all things I will always remember with joy and appreciation. But these days have now gone and we will now fall into mediocrity and have a period of being an average side. All the players I have mentioned may never find there form again with the exception of Trent. We will have to get used to challenging for too 4 again year in year out. It is sad but true at least we have the memories.
