Is it wrong to hope for a brilliant display by the kids on Tuesday but to lose the game preferably on penalties? We could really do without a two leg semi in January. Let the kids play in the FA cup.

Yes I think it is. If the kids beat Villa, just imagine what that would do for their confidence. It could also springboard somebody much higher in the pecking order than they currently are, if they play a blinder in just one game.

I think a classic example of this is Marcus Rashford. He wasn't supposed to get his debut that day. Someone else (whose name escapes me now) was supposed to play instead but got injured in the warm up. Fast forward and Rashford is a seasoned international and we can't even remember the other guy's name.

All it takes is one game to give a kid that boost.

If you were really that concerned about the extra games in Jan and the kids have been good enough to get that far, then why not play them again? 🤷‍♂️.

Yeah surely if the kids win, the kids can play again. Adding in a few players who need game time like Lallana origi maybe.

That adama traore is the fastest player I've ever seen. Power speed, and zip quality.

Well if the kids get to penalties then they have as good a chance as Villa. Kids have no fear, they don't have the battle scares of previous penalty dramas.
Would love to see them win! Any way at all.
