With tenuous rumours of an interest in Kane, May I ask what people think of him as a player and would he fit in to our team. I just can’t see the legend that he clearly believes he is. The Ronaldo and Messi world class players turn big games in their teams favour. Humble Harry is undoubtedly a super player (prone to a bit of diving, but who isn’t these days), but when England needed a hero in the last World Cup he missed a very easy chance for a world class player. Also the 007 esque shoot on sight attitude may be well good enough for the captain of an average Spurs team to get away with, but would Salah or Mane get away with it from within our squad if they tried a pop every time either were within sight of the goal regardless of players better placed. Personally I’d take Son over him every day. Anyway I wish the man no ill will, but it would be poetic if he joined Utd and won feck all.

Harry Kane has loads of assists this season. He would absolutely fit into the front 3 and would get min 30 goals IMO.

Don't always like his play ie backing into players, however in any top team he will score for fun. Put him in any top 4 team and it's 30 plus goals. Not just a goal scorer but he can link up to. Him salah and mane would have a field day. Out of our price though. Man city all day unfortunately.

The perfect striker. He has been too 3 strikers in the world for a long time now. He has everything but blistering pace. But his movement and intelligence means he doesn’t need it. He is probably the best passer out of any out and out striker I have ever seen. His work rate is incredible and his ability to win free kicks getting his body in and giving the referees no choice is a trade mark. I think he is an amazing player. He is still under rated by the majority of English football fans.

Amazing player and would fit us hand in glove on paper, but his ankles are made of glass and just isn’t really a Liverpool-type personality. A certain arrogance about him (not in a good way) that i don’t think would suit him here, I just can’t picture Liverpool fans warming to Harry Kane. Then obviously all the cheating and the backing into players and the narcissism over his goal tallies as well would mean it just wouldn’t be a good fit.

I think solely on footballing ability he would suit us down to a tee. Works hard, links play well, but most importantly scores goals.
He’s such an intelligent footballer too, albeit the odd spot of ‘cheating’ but he’s the kind of player you hate playing against but you’d love in your team (in a similar sort of way to Suarez though he’s more extreme) .

But like AW has said, he’s attitude and personality is all wrong for the club. He tries to make everything the him show and puts his own personal awards (eg golden boot) over choosing better options during games (granted mane and salah are like that, Kane is a whole new level) .

He’s definitely a player that would improve our goal scored tally and he’ll the team achieve targets. And I have previously said I’d have him in a heart beat but that’s silently down to his football in ability. But unless his attitude were to change I’d be sceltical as to if he’d truly fit in with the club.
