walcott has had a fine career to be fair traore has done very little but his ability to go past players and his pace and strength is a threat to anyone. it is too easy in my opinion to say “if he hasn't learned now he never will” surely klopp wouldn't want him if he didn't believe he could do something with him. do we honestly think we can all see that traores output is not good enough and decisions erratic but klopp can’t? would take him at a small price personally.

Walcott had a stage for about 3 or 4 years in a row where he'd hit 20 goals/ assists a season. Traore hasn't hit those numbers once yet.

A very expensive squad player Hailstones. I have to agree you with you Shaq. Theo has far greater football intelligence than Traore and that’s damning in itself. Shame because if he had half a decent skill set level he would be devastating.

To be honest in Traore defence (and this isn't me wanting him because I don't) but i watched Wolves a few games ago (cant remember who against) and in fairness to him he got the better of his man quite a few times and put in some dangerous crosses. There were just hardly any Wolves players in the box to attack them (Jiminez would have had a field day) . People forget that the only difference between an assist and chance created is the finish. You could lay it on a plate for someone but they have to finish it for it be be an assist. Traore would be no use to us because Robbo and Trent ust put about 20 balls into the box a game and we cannot score them as we are struggling to attack balls also. So Troare would give us more crosses and not much else.

Impact sub at best. Here’s a thought for fantasy land, who’d sell Mane and Firmino if it meant getting Haaland?

LiverpoolFC8. I love both Mane and Firmino but if it meant getting Haaland I would sell both. That’s factoring in age, re-sale value right now as opposed to in a few years and preparing us for rebuilding for the future. Haaland is a generational talent and that can’t be ignored but this is all hypotheticals.
