ed001 It great to be back at Anfield yesterday I thought Henderson was back to his best yesterday. I hate playing Burnley for a side that get stuck in like they do I don't think there is a team that falls over and moans as much as they do.
I have to say ed the club needs to sort that NFC pass out there was loads of people still outside the game at kick off some guy came in 30 mins after kick off and he was in front of me in the que but It would not let him in and he had to go get a ticket to get in.

{Ed001's Note - Barnes is the worst player in the Prem for fouling and then throwing himself to the ground under no contact. Actually he is a contender for the worst player in the Prem full stop!

They should not have introduced this new system yet, it needed some test events to get it ready but they haven't had many. It already caused havoc during the friendlies, that should have told them they needed to put it aside for this season and try and sort it next summer.}

Morning. After watching the Everton vs Leeds game late last night I would say Mina is up there will Barnes. For a lad who is probably 6”6 to throw himself to the ground and fake getting hurt was quite frankly embarrassing for Everton. He has everything to be a top defender but is more suited to WWE!

Ed001 I hope it stop all the touting I was in the que 40mins before kick off and just got in the Ground just after kick off and the que was not that long in front of me but the odd person that can't get in slow in down the 12:30 kick off does not help I know for next time to get there earlier. If he gets rid of the touts ed its worth it people selling £50 tickets at £250+ a game and having loads of them to sell just hope it works.

Think what was atmosphere like inside the stadium mate. It sounded quiet on the tv during the first half.

Got stuck on m6 after an accident, pulled up on spellow lane at 12:21 (free parking space-result) and then ran to ground with my lad. We are in main stand upper and the queue on anfield road was ridiculous. Headed to the gates at the kop end and much better. Missed first 6 minutes. Most worryingly though was my 12 year old lad’s lack of fitness.

The atmosphere was just your average premier league fixture in the rain vs a smaller club JK. Our UCL fans are another animal altogether compared to prem
I got there very very early to make sure I got inside, was speaking to a member of staff and they were saying the technology is abysmal. But as you say, it’s an attempt on stopping ticket touts.

Atmosphere in the ground was good. Everyone was clearly excited and up for it. For 12:30 v Burnley, very good, but you can’t compare it to those European nights. That’s why they are so special!
