Remind me folks, is it normal to have an FA cup victory parade? I'm just thinking it looks a bit desperate but maybe it's the done thing these days? TBH I'm guessing the players hearts might not really be in it after last night!

OP what a pathetic attempt to belittle Liverpool’s brilliant season. And don’t claim you were just asking. Any team who wins 50% of all trophies available has right to celebrate with their fans whoever they are.

it's really unfortunate, but I think also a very fair emotion to feel underwhelmed at the idea of a parade next week. It should be about the club and us and a chance to celebrate, but at the back of a lot of fan's minds will be the perception of other fans. I mean, let's be honest guys, if this was City or manU we would be trolling them to death hahaha

Maybe it will be a bit of a muted celebration who knows. I hope it's a bit of a defiant kind of gathering to prime us for next season!

If people think that it's not worth a parade then what's the point in the competitions?

We won 2-4 trophies and only man city had a better season in England so let's cherish them moments. We haven't one the fa cup in 16 years and the league Cup in 10. So it's not like we are frequent winners either.

Others may mock but I'm sure they would all do the same. And tbh don't care what they think. Only liverpools opinion count.

Liverpool lost just 4 out of 63 games this season.

Amazing stat that but unfortunately it wasn’t good enough to get us the League or CL trophy.

Us Fans are feeling massively sorry for ourselves today but Klopp and the team did all the hard yards and deserved at least one of the big ones.

Wait, wasn’t it already planned that we were going to get a parade to celebrate our PL win this summer to begin with or am I wrong? Also to those who don’t want to be bothered about a parade based of what rival fans would think of it, if you live your life based on other people’s opinions of your actions then, you will NEVER be happy. We have had an amazing season and there will be fans out in force to cheer them on. You are free to stay home. Peace.

It's embarrassing if we go ahead with this. Yes you're right the PL is all that matters. If Shankly or Paisley were alive today they'd say the same. What really gripes me is Salah and his mouth. If we sell I'm actually not that bothered.

It an attempt to belittle anything folks. Winning two trophies is great for the club and I’m happy with it but they weren’t the big prizes and I’m not sure we need a parade for them, especially on the anniversary of Heysel!

Johnny with all due respect, Stop asking what Paisley or Shankly would say or do cos nobody knows and they are not here to be consulted. Also, stop projecting your own opinions on them cos you think they would do what you would do. If the club wants to celebrate a fantastic season then, all good. You are free to stay home.

Where did I ask what Paisley or Shankly would do? Maybe save your ire for those on here who are slagging off the players rather than those wondering if we really really need a victory parade for winning cups, especially in the date that it’s happening 👍.
