IF! we had to swap Salah for anyone, I would rather go all out for Victor Osimhen. Think he had a realise clause of just north of 100m put in to his new contract and the goals he would bring to the team would go a long way to replacing Mo’s. With Victor central, Darwin on the left and Diaz on the right, that would be a front line that would scare the pants of any opposition. Might even try and get him without selling Salah, and play them together for a year or 3!
{Ed001's Note - Osimhen is a bit Lukaku-like for me. Can have a loose touch at times. Better than Lukaku, but still not sure it is suited to the Prem at the top end. I would not be interested in him personally as a replacement for Salah. Plus he is a Chelsea fan looking for a move there. He is an avoid for me.}

With no manager or Dof in place yet for next season who would be making the decision now on who would be outgoing and who is incoming.
I’d imagine the 3 huge contacts that need looking at will be decided from the business side of things as a new manager won’t have the luxury of time to make up his mind.
Although I’d imagine most managers would want to keep all 3.

Oshimen is right footed and we also have Darwin so can’t see how he would fit into our team or indeed be a good replacement for Salah. Wirtz is also right footed, so again we could end up with our forward line predominantly right footed ?.
Off course if a new manager comes in he might have different ideas about setup, who knows ?♂️.

Crazy to think how many youngsters have left Chelsea and have been successful. Bad management or just buying whoever shows interest maybe their downfall.
