Hi eds, 2 players i like to ask about. Any chance Fabio Cavalho could come back Liverpool? 2nd player is Lucas Paquetá of westham, are we scouting him and what are chances he come Liverpool?

{Ed002's Note - FB will be sold. LP is of no interest to Liverpool.}

Paqueta is potentially facing a ban similar to Toney and Tonali, believe that’s why City pulled out of the deal in the summer last minute.

Will Fabio carvalho’s future not depend on the new manager? Think he’s a very decent youngster myself.

{Ed002's Note - He will be available to be sold.}

For a profit?

Would you value him at 10 million or above? A shame it didn’t work out, I personally think he would be an asset that is likely to get better. But if we sell it would be nice to make a buck, I suppose.

Be tough for carvalho to get any game time at us . He’s effectively 7/ 8th choice attacker .

With the wealth of talent coming from Kirkby in this next batch of young lads keeping carvalho would be a bad idea .

There’s no doubt Carvalho is a talented player but from what I hear he’s a bit disruptive in the dressing room.

Wasn’t happy he wasn’t playing and making all kinds of demands. So we sent him to Leipzig to not play there instead.

It’s a shame because if he just showed patience, bided his time he could be a really good Premier League player. Shame he’s not got Elliott’s attitude.

He's not going to be making an impact in the first team in the near future. It makes sense to sell him. We will get a profit and if we think that there is a chance he will develop into a real quality player we can put a buy-back/ first refusal clause in the deal.

Could look to another loan in the prem then assess the season after.

BP, I completely agree with your post there.

I remember back to when Elliot was breaking through and Carvalho was bought, there were comparisons. At the time they were both playing in the front line, both of their 'likely preferred' positions were a No 10 (the Pipco role) and most folks were saying there's nowhere for them to fit in given the system we tend to play.

Elliot has kicked on, adapted his game (as all teenagers/ young players do) and is now a very valuable first team player.

Carvalho, for whatever reason, doesn't seem to have taken the same opportunity.

It's probably best for all parties if he were sold. I think given his age and talent, we should be looking at the £10-£20m range (probably somehwere in between) for him.

Agree with Jones Red, makes sense.

@Zed, good post mate - agree with your view of things.

Hopefully we sell him for a profit. Otherwise take the small loss.

Either way much better situation then being stuck with Prima Donna’s on mega wages and massive transfer fees

Yeah, FSGs way makes sense.
