Hope that TAA signs up. Would hate to see him at Madrid. Football is dying - they are rarely the best team. In terns of Klopp - won just about everything and left us in a better position than when he came. If the biggest criticism is that he should have won even more then we should consider ourselves blessed.

Real Madrid earn their titles through hard work, discipline and a sprinkling of magic.
Was really interesting to watch DOrtmund play their own version of the inverted fullback. Well drilled and they were able to cover breaks most of the time even with an old as dirt CB lol What a player Hummels is!
The key to me seemed to be that they had Can who is athletic and slots in easily to a back 3 when they switch to it. Was good to watch and can see the value in doing it for sure. Emphasis on having the right players tho and that's perhaps where we didn't quite get the full potential given we ended up with Endo at CDM. Love Endo, but perhaps if we managed to land Caicedo then it would have given us that extra athleticim to play that way.

Fair play to Bellingham despite him supposedly being desperate to play for his boyhood club he ended up at Madrid and has had quite the season.
Let's hope Trent isn't giving him envious looks.
I know Bellingham has been dropping some social media hints to Trent about going to Madrid.

Faith, not when Franco was in power and funding them in the 50's's and 60's. In fact, RM were City, PSG and Newcastle before City, PSG and Newcastle came about recently. Just saying.
Now that being said, it is ALSO true that RM do what they do and do it well on the pitch so hats off to them.

@Faith, how do you imagine that Madrid (for the better part of the last century) have consistently managed to obtain the finance to achieve what they have done and continue to do? They have institutionalised benefactors and started the path now being trodden by the UAE. Look up their history.
