This isn't aimed at Carra but the message. I'd love to hear what fans think on what the clear the air talks were about?
What's there to clear the air about? Slots been picking big name players consistently who have been appalling. The tactics been awful. Is he saying "look guys I'm going to chose those in form going forward".
I highly doubt it. I just can't fathom what's to clear the air about unless somethings happened behind the scenes which has caused unrest. It still doesn't deter from the crap we're looking at on the field. The horse shoe shape against United was absolutely pathetic to witness.

Indeed, what air are we clearing with these talks, exactly? Now that may have indeed happened but I don't see the point. At least, not yet.

It’s perfectly normal when things aren’t going well for the manager to call everyone together to discuss it.
You can call it clear the air talks, crisis talks, brainstorming or whatever you want but it’s just the squad coming together to discuss what’s happening and agree on a way forward.
I’ve done it with my business when things aren’t quite working as they should. It just pulls everyone together and let's everyone know what’s expected of them and what they expect of each other.
I wouldn’t expect anything else to be honest don’t read too much into it.

I'm with robboslostlegs as well. I think it's just to proved a space for everyone to voice out their thoughts and opinions. It's not that uncommon for workplaces to have these kind of talks and dialogues, especially when things aren't going well.
So I don't see what's so weird about having it. Instead, I think it's a good sign that we had it since it means the management realises that something isn't right and they want to try and do something to fix it. Whether things change though remains to be seen.

Our site has never been this lively even when we went on those winning runs, transfer season or even when we won the PL title.
How much difference can 4 losses make? Only positive is all of us are out of the woods trying to figure out how to arrest this slide.

They definitely need to air to air or clear thair talks with what happening to the team . can't ignore the glaring obvious with proper open talks to get things right. hopefully starting with a good performance n a win tonight.
