I would like to see chiesa get a real shot at challenging for a starting place in PL games. If he regains the form of the player that was valued at 70 million he's above gakpo for example in the pecking order.

He has a real shot at getting picked by consistently proving in training that he can do what Slot wants him to do.
I think Chiesa could be an excellent player for us but it’s up to Slot and what he wants from each of the players.

Is Slot isn’t picking him over the ineffective Salah and Gakpo then he must have really passed him off in training.

Chiesa on current form is killing both Salah and Gakpo. His effort is staggering and he is adding goals to his game.
Never seen Salah play so badly for so many consecutive games. His goals and assists papered over the cracks at the beginning of the season but now he looks like a passenger. Hope he regains form very soon, we need the Salah of old.
