I think he’s done a reasonable job, but Chelsea have spent £2bn odd in recent seasons and to not get close to winning the league or being in the CL until this season is close to disastrous. Yes they’ve won some minor trophies and got in the top 4, but for money spent it’s not good enough. He does though deserve time to see if he can do better.

They have a strong midfield, and some good attackers. However, their starting CBs are Chalobah and Tosin, which should be a concern for them.
