I agree with with the coaching idea you've mentioned, Fly Pelican Fly. Ed01 has also noted attitude of Dutch players. too cool and not aggressive enough.
What about Italian coaches for the defence, spanish for the midfield and brazilian for the attack.
Don't know about the goalkeeping!
