We have 3 winnable fixtures coming up. We should use them to reset and get some confidence in the team. I cannot believe that our players are tired. If they are simply make changes, the squad is big enough.
We must avoid slow starts to games. Pick the pace and aggression up from the start. Starting slow, then trying to pick up pace is not an option.
Fast aggressive attacking football is what we do best.

With the way we play, there are no winnable games, I'm sorry.

If the players are tired, the fitness staff should all be fired immediately. The players are asked to run 10-12km twice a week for 38 weeks a year. The only reason they wouldn’t be able to do that is because the fitness standards are on the floor.
I hate the “eeez tired” argument - if the players are tired, spend more time sleeping. They have all afternoon and evening to rest and prepare for matches.

Yeah next 5/ 6 fixtures all v winnable and we need to see much improvement and some consistency. it's mid- Nov now we really have to start playing and getting our act together.
As regards the slow starts I'm not sure that it is much different from last season, we start slow and gradually build it up as game goes on, the big difference this season imo is we so poor at back if we invite any sort of pressure we concede big chances and invariably we end up 1 down early on and in trouble right away.
Whereas last season we v solid defensively and we wore opposition down in2nd half onwards.
I prefer the heavy metal football of klopp but the general consensus on here was that we would win more with a slower tempo at times.

Every game is winnable, and with our squad we should be winning most games. I know it's not that straightforward in football but I am more interested in the style and performance rather than results. If we play like we did at the start of the season but win all 3 games, I still won't be convinced.
On the other hand if we get mixed results but I see us returning to the aggressive style that got us results v Villa and RM, then I'll be happy the ship is back on the right track.

With the squad we have all games should be ‘winnable’ but I get your point. We really do need to steady the ship, but I am losing faith in Slots approach. Seems bizarre as last year he was the master at making in game tactical changes which helped us immensely in the title win.
I think the thing that worries me most is I don’t understand our identity as a team. Under Klopp it was founded on hard work, out running the opposition and aiming to win the ball high up the pitch, and then when in possession looking to play in Mane and Salah with direct attacks.
Slot’s tactics seem to have morphed from coaxing the opposition out to then hit them hard in the spaces they vacant…. to just pissing about with the ball aimlessly passing and then pressing in a half arsed manner.
I feel like we need to play players to their strengths, but the problem is we have too many players with the same qualities which gives us little to none tactical flexibility!

Every international break is an opportunity for a reset.
Hopefully Arne Slot and the coaches are ready to hit this next batch of fixtures with everything they have.
No matter our form, bar Inter (a), the next 10 games are all winnable.
At that point, the transfer window gives us a chance to apply some tweaks to the squad again - which we MUST do, regardless of what was spent in the summer.

Players also need to step up again. Quite worrying that Mac and Konate probably had their best games against Real, maybe showing they are still top players? Hope they're not slacking off in other games to save themselves for their reported moves there in the summer.

United at home, Brentford away and Palace away were meant to be three winnable games but we contrived to mess that up, the way we’re playing it’s hard to see us stringing a run of wins together, we’ve been physically and mentally second best in the vast majority of games.

We play some sh*thouse football you wouldn’t think we was champions.
