Great review ed as always. Agree on all points it’s just such a shame of all the Klopp years of breading a culture has been destroyed. It’s a complete disaster.

Spot on ED001.kerkez i thought he was just not playing like he did at Bournemouth, alaways seems to run inside most probably under instructions but when he does overlap for some reason he doesn't get the ball from Gakpo even when he is in a far better position n on the Salah situ what a mess but I really can't blame Salah on this.

Spot on Ed. Totally agree about Konate I couldn’t believe it when his name was on the team sheet again especially after Gomez had proven his fitness in the previous 2 games.
You just knew he’d cost us and sure enough he didn’t let us down.
I’ve made my feeling known about Salah talking to the press but he does have a right to be annoyed when he sees Konate being picked every game.

Thanks for the review mate.
Do you think a change of captaincy would help at the min. I am really surprised at vvd in these last few months. His leadership is so poor, body language is terrible and lacked effort. Now look at Szoboszlai, he has been outstanding, never dropped his head and the shining light. I’ve been so impressed with him?

It feels like this all stems from the top and the leadership at the club is sadly lacking right now and has allowed a situation to fester and this is the result. "
And people wonder why many people are defending Salah overall despite disagreeing with how he spoke out in public.

It is so frustrating to watch Bradley not putting any cross into the box. The one time he cross we scored. Obviously being coached to recycle the ball with the side to side passes which is so frustrating to watch
Konate. The less said the better. Slot came in last season, taking out Quansah at HT of the game for losing too many duels. Where is his balls to drop a full international whom is costing us a goal a game
Van dijk leadership is a massive disappointment this season. Seems more interested in flinging his arm in the air and arguing with officials instead of marshaling the backline
Jones is the one that is trying to make things happen in the first half
Mac is so far off the pace. He just came on, was fresh and the Leeds player just ran past him! Mac was struggling to sprint but he is about as fast as me.
I don’t see what we are trying to do, and what is being done at the training pitch.
With the ball it is slow side to side passing
Without the ball it is disjointed press
When we win the ball back and counter, it is not slick as well?
Ekitike had the ball on left wing once on the counter. Instead of running with it he just checked back and passed the ball back.
Szobo was in good position at the central edge of box after cutting in from the right when 3-2 up and could have shot with his left foot. But he passed out of it to the left and ball ends up going backwards.
And with 9 mins of injury time, we are trying to keep the ball at the corner flag in the 92nd minute when we have a corner instead of trying to get a 4th and kill off the game
Salah should not have spoken out to the media. But the way the management handle things is just ridiculous. I mentioned the club should let Edwards, Hughes and Slot go in the other post and reset.
This 1 year of disastrous management will set us back 10 years if we are not careful.
Things could spiral out of control in double quick time, and United shld be a warning to us.
It is not a good look to potential new players the mess we are in.
And how we are treating a legend in Salah, trying to force him out. How will the current squad react? The likes of Szobo, Grav, spine of the team with 2-3? Years left on their contract. This is the time to start taking about renewals. Will they want to commit long term?
The implications are huge.
