I really hope we end up going for Semenyo, I know its been said a million times but he would be great for us. Ekitike looking leggy going into the last ten mins with very little available on the bench.

Ekitike not the only one looking leggie lad! Apart from Kerkez possibly Jones the rest looked bladdered.
I've never seen a Liverpool team this unfit. Almost looks like nervous energy zaps them.
Macca spends more time on the ground in every game! Not sure if he's been giving Ekitike lessons? Isn't look like he was touched in the windpipe. Wirtz looked very good today, and Kerkez is getting better by the game. Still 3 points is 3 points. Let's hope Villa and Chelsea draw.

City's project looks more stable than ours and Pep has an Aura. Best we get back to finding unearthed gems, prior to them entering their peak years.
The real test will be Arsenal in a few weeks time .

City that were finished a coupla months back, amazing what a few wins do. And Peps aura is useless if he's not there, be amazed if he's city's manager next season.

@Ernest, are Leeds another one of those teams who should just show up to make the numbers on the pitch and then roll over and just applaud as we get the win?
It seems that in the continual unending whining on this site that ever game is in our control and that opposition teams shouldn’t interfere in the way we play. We are still in the region of 6 - 7 out of 10 for our games this season (the number is gradually getting better) but part of the problem that rarely, if ever, gets a mention I’d the damn opposition trying to stop us and play the way they want to play. Certain expectations, at the start of the season after a window that was overwhelmingly considered good by the fans, haven’t been met, yet maybe because (some of) the expectations were unrealistic?

A number of fans over here think it’s east to just steamroller teams. City, Arsenal and Villa aren’t cruising past the majority of teams either.

HessleRedTom1980, wrong again. You must be Harry in disguise. City have won 78 in a row or so (including against us) while Villa have won 12 of their last 13 games with about 8 or so in a row.
If we were doing the above while playing good footie (something our guys can actually do if the manager actually let them), you would call it us steamrolling teams, wouldn't you?
As for Arsenal, wrong comparison. They have a 10 point lead over us hence and top of the league, comparing them to us is just nonsense, IMO.
